South Warnborough Parish Council has put together this brief questionnaire to identify immediate concerns as well as understand villagers’ priorities and wishes for the next five years. It plans to use the results and insights gained to formulate a local five-year plan for South Warnborough.

The questionnaire has been developed around six broad themes and the questions are formulated to allow you to show your opinions either in a ratings scale or as free-text answers. If you would prefer to fill in a paper copy of the survey, you can pick one up and return it at the village shop. Alternatively you can contact the Parish Clerk and she will post a copy to you.

We would like to hear from all age groups within our community, so urge everyone to respond to ensure we have a true representation of opinions from the village; multiple responses per household are encouraged. Once the data has been collated, we will look to explore the bigger themes more fully at face-to-face sessions open to all.

Deadline for completion is midnight, 30th November.

Thank you for your time and help.
